Howard Lucraft has composed many popular songs including “Poor Jenny,” recorded by Nat Cole for Capitol Records.  Other Lucraft songs have appeared on recordings for RCA and Columbia.  He has written compositions and arrangements for singers, including Ray Noble and Anita O’Day.

 

          While serving as Vice President of the American Musical Arrangers and Composers (ASMA), Howard worked with noted composer and film Academy Governor Arthur Hamilton to present supper events showcasing the top composers and arrangers.
